We presently focus on the following languages: Spanish, French, English (ESL), Portuguese, German, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, and Polish. I. Instructors, Translators, & Interpreters

We seek professionals interested in language instruction, translation, and the interpretation field for all our language offerings. Our recruiting effort is ongoing and often reflects the consumer demand for our services on a national and international level. Our mid-level to senior language professionals routinely have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in their respective subject area. We also recruit many professionals directly from the undergraduate and graduate college campus. These college recruits are highly motivated, excited about our industry, and have a demonstrated track record of scholastic achievement and community involvement.

The basic qualifications of a StanleyMaria® Team member are as follows:

• Bachelor's degree
• Native speaker or high proficiency in the language
• Demonstrated experience in language instruction, translation, or interpretation services
• Cross-cultural and international experience
• Comfort working in a team and entrepreneurial environment

II. Cross-cultural Training & Consulting

Cross-cultural training at StanleyMaria® takes root in our company's foundation and mission. While it is important that all our language and cross-cultural professionals have some sensitivity to the many tenets of cross-cultural communication, our training team must be particularly adept in this area. As such, our recruitment effort is slightly different from the staffing of our language professionals.

The general qualifications of our cross-cultural trainers & consultants are as follows:

• Masters Degree or extensive experience in a geographic region, intercultural communication, international relations, or equivalent international subject area
• Demonstrated experience in cross-cultural training, consulting, and/or counseling
