Our recruiting effort is ongoing and often reflects the consumer demand for our services on a national and international level. Our mid-level to senior language professionals routinely have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in their respective subject area. We also recruit many professionals directly from the undergraduate and graduate college campus. These college recruits are highly motivated, excited about our industry, and have a demonstrated track record of scholastic achievement and community involvement. II. Cross-cultural Training & Consulting Cross-cultural training at StanleyMaria® takes root in our company's foundation and mission.
